Creative Aging & Leadership
Aging is often framed as decline.
My work challenges that
narrative.
Art in senior communities is too often treated as enrichment, a pleasant distraction.
I believe it is essential. My work repositions creative practice as a tool for agency,
dentity, and meaningful participation in the world.

A Leadership Perspective
The field of creative aging is at an inflection point. My work contributes to a shift
from passive engagement models toward practices rooted in authorship, dignity,
and creative agency. This is not about keeping people busy, it is about restoring
their sense of self.
Program Design
Developing arts-based curricula that center participant voice and creative authorship.
Artist Mentorship
Guiding teaching artists in facilitation methods that honor the lived experience of older adults.
Consulting & Speaking
Advising organizations on integrating creative practice into care, community, and institutional models.
