A 6-week summer workshop series guiding you to discover (or refresh) a healthy creative outlet promoting spiritual and mental well-being. Open to ages 12 and up, all levels of experience---it doesn't matter if you've never heard of the frame drum, never played an instrument, or haven't picked up your drum in a while.

You'll leave the series with fresh perspectives on rhythm, drumming, recitation, and using the frame drum as a tool for connection, healing, expression, and restoration.

A therapeutic community gathering, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and collaboration as we embark on the start of a new season. Family-friendly, all ages and levels of experience are welcome. Bring your own frame drum or borrow one at the event.
