A 6-week summer workshop series guiding you to discover (or refresh) a healthy creative outlet promoting spiritual and mental well-being. Open to ages 12 and up, all levels of experience—it doesn’t matter if you’ve never heard of the frame drum, never played an instrument, or haven’t picked up your drum in a while.
You’ll leave the series with fresh perspectives on rhythm, drumming, recitation, and using the frame drum as a tool for connection, healing, expression, and restoration.

A therapeutic community gathering, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and collaboration as we embark on the start of a new season. Family-friendly, all ages and levels of experience are welcome. Bring your own frame drum or borrow one at the event.
